Pricing Analyst I

Work under direct supervision and in collaboration with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will make pricing recommendations to ensure compliance with public pricing policy. You will make suggestions for pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products, and you make recommendations on final pricing contracts.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, marketing).

Experience:

Mid-level experience of 1 year in a similar pricing analyst role, with a strong track record in pricing processes and discount management.

Skills:

- Strong communication skills, particularly in leading discussions with senior leadership.
- Experience with data extraction and transformation using Business Intelligence tools
- Advanced Excel skills, experience in SFDC and SAP.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing successful projects.
- Analytical mindset and should be good on Tableau dashboard to visualize the data

The role focuses on pricing strategy optimization through discount control, cross-functional leadership, and processes driven decision-making to ensure that pricing aligns with business goals and market demands.
