Position Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and patient Primary School Teacher (12th Pass) to work with children with autism and special needs. The teacher will support therapists and special educators in implementing individualized education plans and structured classroom activities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in teaching primary-level academic concepts (basic literacy, numeracy, EVS, etc.)

Support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in classroom and therapy settings

Follow Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) designed by special educators

Conduct structured learning activities under supervision

Maintain classroom discipline with patience and positive reinforcement

Record daily progress and report observations to senior staff

Assist children with daily living skills and behavioral management

Work collaboratively with therapists and parents

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Freshers can apply

Prior experience with children preferred (not mandatory)

Basic English communication skills

Passion for working with children with special needs

Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education / Special Education
