Principal Consultant

Area(s) of responsibility

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and industry research to inform strategy development and technology roadmaps
• Develop business cases, transformation plans, and implementation strategies for large-scale IT initiatives
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to align business strategies with Digital and s Data solutions
• Support in running workshops and strategic discussions with client stakeholders and senior leadership
• Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and support strategic recommendations
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the relevant domain
• Support in developing GTM activities including marketing, analyst releations and point of views

 

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or Equivalent degree in IT, Marketing, Fianace from Premier business institutes. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in management consulting, IT consulting, or corporate strategy roles
• Proven experience delivering consulting engagements within an IT services or digital transformation context
• Strong domain knowledge in at least one industry sector (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, Manufacturing)
• Solid understanding of enterprise IT systems, cloud, analytics, AI/ML, and emerging technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
