Description

Technology & Architecture

• Own the design, architecture, and end-to-end development of Bancassurance digital solutions and partner onboarding journeys.
• Drive full-stack development using Java, Angular, Spring Boot, APIs & Microservices
• Define technology stack strategy, coding standards, best practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Ensure scalable and secure architecture aligned with industry-standard security practices.

Program & Delivery Management

• Lead complete project life cycle: requirement analysis, solution design, development, build, test, deployment, and UAT sign-offs.
• Manage and drive multiple concurrent Bancassurance projects across partner banks.
• Ensure timelines, quality, and SLAs for delivery are consistently achieved.
• Build and drive DevOps-oriented delivery culture including CI/CD, automation and robust release management.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Act as primary technology owner for Bancassurance partners across business, product, operations, and bank stakeholders.
• Engage with business teams to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Manage external IT partners, vendors, and SIs for development, support, and enhancements.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a high-performance team of full-stack developers, architects, BAs, QAs, and DevOps engineers.
• Establish strong engineering culture, talent development, and knowledge-sharing processes.

Skills Required

• Full-stack Java expertise (8+ years) – Java 5+, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA • Front-End frameworks – Angular (preferred), React (secondary) • Web services & API – REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, API Gateway • Microservices architecture – containerization using Docker & Kubernetes • Database proficiency – MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle • DevOps & CI/CD – Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube • Cloud exposure – AWS / Azure / GCP (preferred but not mandatory) • Understanding of security frameworks, OAuth2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS

Education/Qualification

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA (Computer Science / IT preferred)
