Job Description:

We are hiring a Printer Repair Technician to handle field service calls and provide on-site maintenance and repair for various types of printers (inkjet, laser, dot matrix, multifunction, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong diagnostic skills and be capable of delivering professional technical support at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in printers of all brands and models.

Perform preventive maintenance and part replacements (rollers, toners, print heads, fusers, etc.).

Handle printer connectivity issues including USB, network, and wireless setup.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.

Provide timely and professional on-site support.

Coordinate with the service team for scheduling and parts management.

Educate customers on basic troubleshooting and printer care.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with printer repair and servicing.

Knowledge of printer components, error codes, and diagnostics tools.

Familiarity with Windows and basic networking for printer installation.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently in the field.

Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.

Maintain service logs and complete reports for each job.

Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions.

Ensure tools and spare parts are well-maintained and carried during visits.

Requirements:

Proven experience in laptop servicing and repairs.

Strong understanding of laptop hardware and common software issues.

Ability to troubleshoot independently and on-site.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Willingness to travel locally for field assignments.

Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
