Job Summary We are looking for a Workflow Manager responsible for managing incoming emails, responding to client queries, handling enquiries, and ensuring timely follow-ups. This role plays a key part in maintaining smooth communication and workflow between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming emails on a regular basis

• Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner

• Handle client enquiries and understand requirements

• Ensure proper follow-up on enquiries and ongoing communications

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow execution

• Maintain records of enquiries, responses, and follow-ups

• Ensure high-quality communication and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation in any discipline

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge (emails, MS Office)

• Ability to work in rotational shifts
