Job Description

The Process Excellence Lead – Hire to Retire (H2R) will support the Process Excellence and Automation function within the PMO, with primary accountability for shaping and improving the end‑to‑end Hire‑to‑Retire employee lifecycle. This role will proactively develop and enhance the H2R process vision, roadmap, governance, and measurable outcomes, working closely with Process Owners, People/HR stakeholders, Transformation Leads, Value/Automation teams, and CoEs to identify pain points, standardize ways of working, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·         Establish End-to-End Process Vision & Develop Process Roadmap

o   Translate strategic objectives into operational goals and a clear process roadmap.

o   Stay informed about industry trends and leading practices to guide strategic direction and process enhancements.

·         Monitor Process Performance & Identify Opportunities

o   Continuously assess end-to-end process performance, providing governance for process adoption and aligning with business demand.

·         Prioritize & Secure Funding for Process Improvement Opportunities

o   Evaluate and prioritize opportunities focused on reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and maximizing returns on investment.

o   Collaborate with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Value Consultants to provide insights for business cases.

·         Drive Process Improvements

o   Develop process playbooks intended for use in Train the Trainer programs.

o   Conduct training sessions for functional users, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.

o   Facilitate process design workshops to map current ("as-is") and proposed future ("to-be") workflows.

o   Engage with configuration teams to ensure adherence to functional designs and coordinate user testing with business stakeholders, addressing any issues that arise.

Basic Required Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Process Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·         Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

·         Hands‑on experience with process discovery / process mining tools such as Celonis and Power Automate Process Advisor.

·         Knowledgeable in the application of Automation and AI within process areas

Working Hours

·         Ability and willingness to work regularly during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to support global stakeholders and portfolio activities.
