Summary:
As a Product Owner, a typical day involves championing the product vision by deeply understanding customer needs and preferences. This role requires continuously shaping and prioritizing the product roadmap and backlog to align with client expectations. The day is filled with engaging in iterative feedback sessions to validate ideas and adapt strategies accordingly. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures that the product evolves in a way that delivers meaningful value. The role demands a balance of strategic foresight and responsiveness to emerging insights, fostering a dynamic environment where the product consistently meets and exceeds user requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and adapting product strategies to changing market conditions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product features.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
