Role Description:

• As a Stationary Channels & Marketing domain we are introducing, the Smart Sales Engine (SSE) as a powerful, end-to-end sales, marketing, and service engine that can significantly improve prospect & customer acquisition and retention. This will bring about a paradigm shift in how marketing and sales are executed within DB.

• We are seeking an experienced product Owner to lead the development and optimization of our Adobe Workfront platform. The role will be responsible to own the product backlog and ensure effective implementation of business requirements through the development team. The role will also be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated content approval workflows, ensuring governance, efficiency, and alignment with Business objectives.

Your key responsibilities

• Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Adobe Workfront.

• Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement and stakeholder demos

• Act as the escalation point for major platform related issues for your squad.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of implementation.

• Support transition to a scaled agile framework as the product grows

• Act as an expert voice on sustainability matters with the development teams

Your skills and experience

• Good understanding on content approval processes and Workfront integration.

• 8+ years’ experience as BFA/Product Owner and overall 10+ years’ experience

• Comfortable driving requirements and priority discussions with senior business stakeholders and explaining business concepts and requirements to engineering teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
