Position: Production Executive

Location: Wadgaon Sheri-Pune.

Department: Production / Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Production Executive with strong knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing processes to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, material coordination, manpower management, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities

   •   Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery timelines.

   •   Coordinate with design, procurement, and Store and purchase teams for smooth material flow.

   •   Supervise shop-floor operations and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.

   •   Monitor manpower allocation and optimize resource utilization.

   •   Implement and maintain quality control standards in all production processes.

   •   Ensure proper usage of equipment.

   •   Prepare and maintain process reports, and documentation.

   •   Identify and resolve production bottlenecks to improve productivity.

   •   Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

   •   Support continuous improvement in process.

Qualification & Experience

   •   B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.

   •   2–5 years of experience in production, preferably in modular furniture / woodworking industry.

   •   Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, CNC machines.
