Production Helper

The Production Helper supports day-to-day manufacturing activities by assisting skilled workers and supervisors in assembly, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and discipline on the factory floor.

Assist in assembly of products as per instructions and work orders

Support technicians and operators during manufacturing and fabrication

Help in loading, unloading, and movement of materials within the factory

Perform basic machine handling under supervision

Carry raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods safely

Assist in material identification, tagging, and storage

Inform supervisor about material shortages or damage

Support packing and dispatch activities

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Assist in visual inspection of products for basic defects

Use safety equipment (gloves, shoes, helmet, etc.) as instructed

Maintain safety, hygiene, and discipline on the shop floor
