COMPULSORY DIPLOMA IN PAINT TECHNOLOGY

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee all aspects of the production process, including mixing, blending, filling, and packaging of paint products.

·        Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in production operations.

·        Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of products.

·        Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that paint products meet regulatory standards and customer specifications.

·        Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and finished products to identify areas for improvement and address quality issues.

·        Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve quality-related problems and prevent recurrence.

·        Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to test and evaluate new formulations and processes.

·        Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and consistency.

·        Maintain accurate records and documentation of production and quality control activities.

·        Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to production and quality assurance.
