Need Production Manager for Jejuri Location

Prefernce for Industry-Food Process and Food technology

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our food processing unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, ensuring product quality, maintaining hygiene & safety standards, and achieving production targets efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
• Ensure production meets quality, quantity, and timeline targets.
• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and food safety (FSSAI) compliance.
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordinate with procurement, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
• Manage manpower, allocate tasks, and conduct staff training.
• Maintain production records & prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Identify process improvements to reduce wastage and increase efficiency.
• Ensure machines and equipment are maintained and serviced regularly.
• Handle audits, inspections, and documentation for food safety.
• Requirements:Education: Degree/Diploma in Food Technology / Food Science / Engineering.
• Experience: 3–8 years in food processing or FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food production, quality control, and safety standards.
• Familiarity with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO standards.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet production deadlines.
