Production Manager For Oil Machine Mfg. Industry.

Responsible for oversees the entire manufacturing process, ensuring machinery is produced efficiently, safely, and on schedule. Key responsibilities include scheduling production runs, managing inventory, upholding quality standards for industrial equipment, and leading teams to improve productivity while controlling costs. 

Core Responsibilities & Duties

• Production Planning: Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed production schedules for oil machinery to meet sales forecasts and customer delivery dates.
• Operations Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing floor, including staffing, machine maintenance, and resource allocation.
• Quality Control: Ensure machinery meets technical specifications, safety standards, and compliance regulations through regular audits and QC inspections.
• Inventory & Supplier Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components, coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Cost Control & Efficiency: Implement process improvements to maximize output, reduce wastage, and maintain budgetary constraints.
• Safety & Team Leadership: Enforce strict health and safety protocols and provide training and leadership to production staff. 

Key Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Production Manager, preferably in Oil machinery, fabrication, or industrial machinery manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial), Manufacturing Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes and inventory management systems (ERP).
• Leadership: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

• Production Volume: Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly production targets.
• Quality Metrics: Low defect rate, compliance with ISO or industry standards.
• Cost Efficiency: Reduction in waste and adherence to budget.
• Safety Record: Zero or reduced workplace accidents
