Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production operations and allocate tasks to production staff.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and company policies.
• Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to maintain workflow.
• Inspect materials and final products to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of the production floor.
• Keep accurate records of production output, downtime, and other performance metrics.
• Coordinate with the quality control, maintenance, and logistics departments.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to cost-reduction strategies.
