The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stitching garments according to specifications, ensuring consistent quality, fit, and finish. You will be responsible for executing bulk production efficiently while maintaining high standards.

• Key Responsibilities:Stitch garments based on tech packs, patterns, or samples with precision
• Operate industrial sewing machines and other tailoring tools
• Ensure accuracy in measurements, fit, and garment construction
• Follow production timelines and daily output targets
• Perform quality checks on finished pieces
• Work with sampling or pattern teams for clarifications or adjustments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment
• Requirements:Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in a production setting
• Skilled in various stitching techniques and fabric types
• Ability to understand and interpret garment specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in production needs
