Summary:
Provides technical leadership for SQL development across multiple projects, sets database strategy, and is responsible for architectural decisions.
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
o Define and enforce SQL coding standards and best practices.
o Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance database solutions.
o Lead and mentor development teams, manage resource allocation, and oversee project delivery.
o Engage with clients/stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
o Drive innovation in data management and analytics platforms.
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.

Expert in SQL and database technologies, proven leadership, strategic planning, and client engagement skills.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Project Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
