Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. The individual applies established tools, methodologies, and processes to maintain alignment with project goals and organizational standards, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery of commitments. Collaboration and coordination across teams are essential to address challenges and drive progress throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope and timeline.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
- Assist in identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
