Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements. You will engage with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. Your role will require you to navigate challenges and provide solutions that enhance project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
