Role Overview

The Project Manager (ELV) is responsible for complete end‑to‑end execution of ELV projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective coordination with all stakeholders. The role demands strong leadership, multitasking, and technical expertise in ELV systems across large‑scale/industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complete ELV projects (CCTV, ACS, FAS, PA, BMS, Server & Networking).
• Manage multiple ELV projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, OEMs, and internal teams.
• Oversee subcontractor management, vendor control, and site execution.
• Verify BOQ, manage budgeting, and plan resources effectively.
• Interpret and validate drawings (GA, shop drawings, layouts, as-built).
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when required.
• Maintain site safety, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and cost control parameters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems & integration.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Experience in industrial or large‑scale ELV projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools, documentation, and reporting.
