Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. You will engage in strategic planning, risk management, and resource allocation to drive project success while adhering to established timelines and budgets. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential as you facilitate communication and foster a productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development of project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
