Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with specific experience in cryogenic equipment manufacturing. The Project Engineer will be responsible for understanding technical details from clients, providing necessary inputs to the production team, and ensuring the timely delivery of products

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and specifications for cryogenic equipment.
• Technical Analysis: Analyze and interpret client requirements to provide clear and accurate technical inputs to the production team.
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Coordination: Coordinate between the client and the production team to ensure all technical details are understood and implemented correctly.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure products meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and client communications.
• Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably within the cryogenic equipment manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of cryogenic systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both clients and production teams.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software, CAD, and other relevant engineering tools.
