Project Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager – Facilities & Infrastructure to manage end-to-end execution of new outlet setups and oversee maintenance operations across multiple restaurant locations. The role combines project execution and facility management, ensuring timely delivery of new projects while maintaining high standards of infrastructure, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management (Primary Focus)• Lead end-to-end execution of new restaurant setups and renovations

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery

• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Ensure smooth handover of completed sites to operations team

• Track and report project progress to management

Facilities & Maintenance• Oversee maintenance of all outlets, kitchens, and office infrastructure

• Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen equipment

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules

• Handle breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime

Vendor & Contract Management• Manage contractors, vendors, and AMC service providers

• Negotiate costs and ensure quality service delivery

• Monitor vendor performance and compliance

Compliance & Safety• Ensure adherence to fire safety, hygiene, and local authority regulations

• Maintain required licenses and infrastructure compliance

• Implement safety standards across all locations

Cost Control & Planning• Manage budgets for projects, maintenance, and repairs

• Optimize costs without compromising quality

• Maintain records of assets, expenses, and service history
