About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Engineer to manage, execute, and coordinate project activities from planning to commissioning. The candidate will be responsible for regular site visits, client coordination, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. The role requires PAN-India travel; travelling allowance will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor project activities as per the project schedule.
• Conduct regular site visits for installation, supervision, measurement, and project progress tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Design, Production, Purchase, and Quality to ensure timely delivery of materials and project execution.
• Interact with clients, contractors, and vendors to resolve technical or operational queries.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, BOQ, drawings, and site updates.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines at the site.
• Support commissioning, testing, and handover of completed projects.
• Identify project risks and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Manage timelines and support the Project Manager with progress tracking and reporting.
• Travel PAN India for project meetings, site coordination, and installation supervision (travel allowance provided by the company).

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of project execution, site coordination, and installation processes.

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/technical drawings (preferred).
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and on-site decision-making capability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to travel frequently across India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years in project execution, site coordination, installation, or similar roles (manufacturing/engineering industry preferred).
