- Key Responsibilities

- Plan project timelines, milestones, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, and Quality teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Track material readiness, manufacturing status, and site requirements.
- Handle client communication and provide project updates.
- Coordinate dispatch, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Identify delays, resolve execution issues, and ensure project closure.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
