Project Executive

 2.1 Social Science - Post graduate/Master degree in Social Development, MSW, Post-Graduation in Mass Communication or relevant sector

2.2  Agriculture - M. Sc., B.Sc. in Agriculture 

2.3. Livelihoods -Post graduate/graduate degree in Enterprise development/ Development Studies and experience in managing agri enterprise.

2.4   Agriculture / Civil Engineering - M. Tech/M.E., B. Tech/ B.E. in Agricultural Engineering, M. Tech/M.E., B. Tech/B.E. Civil Engineering and having experience specially in designing, drawing, cost estimation and supervision of water harvesting and soil and moisture conservations measures

 Desirable Experience and skills for all programme executives

• 3 to 5 years of experience in rural development
• Knowledge of Marathi language is essential
• Oral and written communication skill required
• Proficiency on Microsoft office is must

• Plan, manage and execute project-related activities
• Mobilise the community and ensure their participation in planning, implementation and management of the various project activities.
• Document all the phases of the project and report regularly on its progress to the management team
• Capacity building of village institutions/para professionals
• PROJECT REPORT PREPARATION
• Any other responsibility assigned by the manager
