Project Management Head

•Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple sites.

•Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budgets.

•Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and contractual commitments.

•Lead project managers, site engineers, and execution teams.

•Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors.

•Monitor project costs, billing cycles, and cash flow management.

•Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

•Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety norms, and quality standards.

•Maintain proper project documentation, reporting systems, and review mechanisms.

Ideal Candidate Profile

•05–10 years of experience in Construction / MEP / Plumbing / Building Services.

•Proven experience handling large premium projects.

•Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).

•Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, billing, and project costing.

•Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications-

•Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

•PMP Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

•Experience in premium or consultant-driven projects.
