Job Title: Project Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud

Experience: 8–15 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud to lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in HR processes, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support projects.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, ORC, etc.).
• Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and change management activities.
• Ensure timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and escalation management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud projects.
• Proven experience managing full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Absence, Payroll, ORC, etc.
• Excellent project management skills (Agile/Waterfall methodologies).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in handling global implementations is a plus.
