Project Manager

A Project Manager in the facade industry (aluminium fabrication, unitized panels, curtain walls, uPVC windows) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of building envelope projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality/safety standards. They act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, and internal production/installation teams. 

• On-time project delivery.
• Budget adherence and cost control.
• Site safety compliance (zero accident target).
• Quality of execution and client satisfaction. 
• Project Planning & Scheduling: Define project scope, milestones, and objectives; develop detailed schedules (MS Project/Primavera) for fabrication and installation.
• Design & Engineering Coordination: Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, structural calculations, and technical submittals for curtain walls, windows, and ACP cladding.
• Production & Procurement Oversight: Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fabrication of unitized panels and windows; manage material procurement and logistics.
• Site Management & Installation: Supervise on-site installation, ensuring compliance with approved designs and building codes.
• Quality & Safety Control (QA/QC): Implement quality control procedures, conduct snagging/de-snagging, and enforce safety regulations (HSE).
• Financial Control & Reporting: Manage project budgets, track costs, prepare billing/invoicing (interim payment applications), and manage change orders.
