Project Manager- Civil

*Project Initiation & Kick-off

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

• Align all stakeholders on objectives and scope before execution begins.

Execution & Monitoring

• Supervise initial project start-up and ensure smooth execution.

• Transition responsibilities to project engineers once processes are established.

• Travel to remote project sites as required to oversee progress and resolve issues.

• Provide on-ground support for customers during project execution, addressing operational challenges and ensuring satisfaction.

• Monitor and track project performance by coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and timelines.

Vendor Development & Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and subcontractors.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to optimize cost-effectiveness and quality.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term vendor partnerships.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.

• Address client concerns promptly and maintain professional communication.

• Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Handover & Reporting

• Ensure seamless transfer of responsibilities to project engineers.

• Prepare and present project progress reports, including risk assessments and issue escalation to management.
