Position Overview

Role: Trainee – Tekla (Precast Detailing & Drafting)

Location: Pune / Noida

Working Model: Full-time, Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

Selection Process: Technical Interview + Psychometric Test

Training & Career Growth Structure

Phase 1: Foundation (First 3 Months – Free Training)

• Intensive training in Tekla Structures (Precast Modeling, GA & Shop Drawings, Detailing Standards)
• Development of strong technical and digital engineering skills
• Professional grooming and project workflow understanding
• No training fees – completely sponsored by ICE

Phase 2: Stipend Phase (Next 3 Months – Paid Training)

• Work on real-time national and international precast structural projects
• Monthly stipend of ₹8,000
• Direct involvement with project teams
• Practical exposure to quality standards and global detailing practices

Career Opportunities After Training

Based on your performance during the 6-month program, you may be offered a full-time position:

• Grade A: ₹16,000 per month
• Grade B: ₹15,500 per month
• Grade C: ₹14,000 per month

This is designed as a long-term career path, not a short-term internship.
