Assistant Manager - SAP S/4HANA Project Systems (Public Cloud)

PUBLIC CLOUD - PROJECT SYSTEMS_ Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Support: Assist in SAP S/4HANA Project Systems implementation on Public Cloud. Participate in requirement gathering and design workshops.
• Configuration & Testing: Support configuration of PS functionalities including WBS elements, networks, activities, and cost planning. Assist in integration with SAP Finance (FI/CO) and Materials Management (MM).
• Compliance & Process Optimization: Ensure adherence to project governance and compliance standards. Identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Deployment & Training: Support testing phases, including UAT. Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
• Reporting: Help design reports and dashboards for project monitoring and control.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 4–6 years in SAP Project Systems, with exposure to S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Knowledge of project management processes and SAP best practices.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PS configuration and integration with FI/CO and MM. Understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Project Systems.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
