Public Relation Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Sales Executive to promote our clinic and build strong professional relationships with general practitioners (GPs), referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing clinic visibility, strengthening referral networks, and driving patient inflow through ethical and professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Clinic Outreach

• Visit general practitioners, physicians, and other specialists to introduce clinic services and specialties.
• Build and maintain a strong referral network with doctors and clinics.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain professional relationships with referring doctors.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Promote clinic services, specialties, and facilities to healthcare professionals.
• Distribute marketing materials (brochures, visiting cards, service details).

3. Business Development

• Identify new referral opportunities and partnership possibilities.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and referral patterns.
• Support strategies to increase patient footfall and clinic visibility.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records of visits, referrals, and contacts.
• Submit regular activity reports to management.

5. Professional Conduct

• Ensure ethical promotion in line with medical council and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with doctors and patients.
