Job Description
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities1. Media & Public CommunicationDraft and distribute press releases, media announcements, and statements
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media coverage
- Maintain strong relationships with journalists and media houses
- Handle internal and external communication professionally
- 2. Brand & Image ManagementEnhance and protect the company’s brand image
- Monitor public opinion, social media sentiment, and news related to the company
- Prepare responses for public queries, issues, or crisis situations
- 3. Documentation & Public AffairsPrepare company brochures, promotional content, speeches, and communication material
- Manage company records for PR activities
- Support government liaison work if required
- 4. Event & Campaign SupportAssist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and corporate activities
- Coordinate with marketing teams for branding campaigns
- 5. Stakeholder Relationship ManagementMaintain positive relations with clients, partners, vendors, and the public
- Address customer complaints or public issues professionally
- Represent the company at external events
- 🔹 Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Good presentation & interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage crises
- PR/Media experience preferred
