Key Responsibilities
- Procurement of mechanical, fabrication, electrical & automation components.
- Floating RFQs, techno-commercial comparison & price negotiation.
- Timely release of Purchase Orders as per BOM and project plan.
- Vendor development and performance evaluation.
- Follow-up for on-time delivery and shortage management.
- Cost reduction initiatives and price benchmarking.
- Coordination with Design, Production, Stores & Accounts.
- ERP entry and documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices, follow-ups).
