To make a plan for raw material/consumable purchase as per customer schedule/indent. Review of daily minimum stock requirement and determine the material order. To prepare and release PO based on quotation pricing, comparison and negotiation with the vendors. To monitor material incoming as per given schedule and take necessary actions for the short fall of material. To do regular follow up with supplier for timely material delivery. To attend daily meeting with proper preparation. To plan advance payment for raw material and consumable supplier payment. To prepare consumable report every month and submit. To carry out inventory activity at plant on monthly basis and focus on minimum inventory level. Responsible for arranging proper transport system/logistic for dispatches. To ensure cost cutting measures at all time for all materials by way of negotiations with the vendors/suppliers. Prepare purchase and store performance report and attend monthly review meeting with the management
