The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and procuring goods and services necessary for the operation of the organization. This role involves strategic planning, supplier relationship management, and ensuring cost-effective procurement practices while maintaining high quality and timely delivery for respective units.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Vendor Management.
Purchase Order Processing.
Inventory Management day to day stock register maintaining
Cost Management.
Petty cash
Compliance and Documentation.
Communication and Collaboration with Vendors , Project Engineers
