Purchase Exeutive for Contsruction Industry

The Purchase Executive shall be responsible for timely and costeffective procurement of construction materials, services, and equipment in line with project requirements and approved budgets, including vendor identification, negotiation, and relationship management; preparation and issuance of purchase orders with proper documentation; coordination with site, project, stores, and accounts teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance; monitoring inventory and material consumption; ensuring adherence to specifications, statutory requirements, and internal policies; and preparing periodic MIS and vendor performance reports, leveraging 3–4 years of relevant real estate industry experience.
