Purchase Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Purchase Executive to manage the company’s procurement activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely purchase of materials required for operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers

* Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

* Prepare and process purchase orders

* Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data

* Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials

* Monitor stock levels and place orders when required

* Ensure quality of purchased items and resolve supply issues

Requirements:

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Supply Chain preferred)

* 1–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement

* Good negotiation and communication skills

* Knowledge of MS Excel and basic documentation

* Ability to work with vendors and internal teams

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing electronic components, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely availability of materials for production.
