Purchase Executive

1. Responsible for negotiation and commercial clarification.

2. Maintain store inventory of spares, procurement to deliver on time.

3. Must be proficient with vendor management, vendor selection and vendor analysis.

4. Responsible for selection and negotiation issues of RFQ’s to vendors.

5. Responsible for forecasting procurement needs.

6. Implementing procurement strategy and policies and leading the procurement group in all phases.

7. Prepare Purchase Order /purchase requisitions approve and issues purchase order according to company’s policy,

terms and condition.

8. Timely release of purchase order and work order.

9. Coordination with stores for effective management of inventory, knowledge on minimum stock, EOQ etc.

10. Responsible for MIS report preparation. 

Objective of the Job

The main objective of the job is to oversee the purchasing of goods and services for company and have detailed knowledge of the equipment, materials and supplies used in company. To evaluate suppliers and negotiate purchase agreements with them, as well as maintain the inventory of supplies.

Work experience - 1 + year in Purchase.

ERP system Knowledge.

Skilled at MS Office (Word, Excel and Power-point)

Written and Oral Fluency in English and Hindi.
