• Purchasing all the materials/ systems required for a project. Close coordination with the site team for material planning.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of material
• Ensuring the purchase of right quality of material
• Keep a track of documentation like GRN, bill booking, payment, etc.
• Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
• Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Provide reports for upper management
• Develop, maintain & monitor projects budgets for materials
• Classification and Analysis of Consumables and procurement of the materials.
• Development new Vendor for achieving cost reduction, payment, terms, reduce lead time and improve quality of bought out components / materials, follow up and negotiation with supplies.
• Generate Monthly purchase report, Monthly open purchase order analysis.
• Follow up to vendor for timely supply the material
• Thorough knowledge and info all the material required for Infra industry especially the Regular Use material like steel, cement, aggregate, bricks and, plumbing, electrical etc.
• Purchased all type of materials which is required for CIVIL & INTERIOR work.
• Handle request for information, quotations, proposals & bidding process.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills with abilities in Vendor Management.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet quality, delivery & cost objective.
• Data maintenance & taking feedback from Vendors/Suppliers.
• Communicate with prospective vendors to determine terms and availability.

Skills required:

*Good in Microsoft excel

*Talley ERP (Training will be provided if required) certification will be added benefit.
