Job Description
- Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances, and control systems, including connecting wires to switches and outlets.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix electrical problems like short circuits, blown fuses, and power interruptions using testing equipment (ammeters, ohmmeters).
- System Maintenance: Inspect transformers, circuit breakers, lighting, and communication systems, replacing faulty components as needed.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings for installations.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes (BIS, IE Rules) to prevent hazards.
- Documentation: Maintain records of work performed and materials used.
