QA Manager

Roles and Responsibilities
One QA Manager:
- Person should be able to plan E2E test strategy for platform.
- Should be able to define and setup testing process bottoms up (Manual functional test, Regression, Integration and OAT)
- Should have good understanding of QA process
- Should have excellent communications skills, should be able to coordinate with Engg team stakeholders and drive QA processes.
- Should have experience in creating test strategy, test plan and executing the same.
- Has team handling , training and management experience.
- Should be able to define and create test metrics and test reports.
- Good to have Automation tool knowledge (Selenium, cucumber, karate and scripting)
Requirements
Key Skills: Test cases automation, Selenium Cucumber, API testing, understanding code written in Java & Spring, IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, or similar), Karate, Databases (MS SQL, Oracle), Bitbucket or similar, Postman or SOAPUI or similar, knowledge of BDD/TDD frameworksFamiliarity with: Splunk, Dynatrace, Checkmarx
