QA / QC Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Management & Leadership

·       Lead the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams to ensure adherence to company quality objectives.

·       Establish, implement, and monitor QMS in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and industry-specific standards.

·       Define quality KPIs and monitor process and product performance against targets.

 2. Product & Process Quality Control

·       Supervise inspection and testing across all manufacturing stages—raw material, fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, painting, and final testing.

·       Approve inspection and test plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.

·       Oversee pre-dispatch inspections and customer acceptance testing of parking lifts and garage equipment.

·       Ensure calibration of all measuring instruments and testing equipment.

3. Supplier & Material Quality Management

·       Evaluate and approve vendors and subcontractors based on quality performance and capability.

·       Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams for supplier development and defect reduction initiatives.

 4. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

·       Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementation for process and product issues.

·       Utilize structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, FMEA, Pareto, and Fishbone analysis.

·       Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen activities to enhance productivity and reduce rework/rejection.

·       Drive continuous improvement initiatives focusing on product reliability, safety, and cost optimization.

 5. Documentation & Compliance

·       Maintain complete records of inspection reports, test certificates, NCRs, CAPAs, and quality documentation.

·       Ensure compliance with all statutory, safety, and environmental requirements related to product quality.

·       Participate in design and process FMEA reviews for new product development and modifications.

·       Delivery timelines.
