Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will develop and maintain quality processes while conducting reviews in collaboration with global Quality Assurance initiatives and processes. Your typical day will involve engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards, facilitating discussions to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies that enhance overall product quality. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of quality within the organization, ensuring that best practices are followed consistently across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of quality processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with quality objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner or JMeter.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices to integrate quality into the development lifecycle.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
