Function: Quality Assurance / Inspection

About the Company-- Techno-2 Engineers is a growing engineering manufacturing organization specializing in precision machining and production operations.
Salary Range₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month(Commensurate with experience and skill set)
Experience1–2 years in Quality Inspection(Machine Shop / Manufacturing Environment)
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect machined components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications
- Identify, report, and support resolution of quality deviations
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T basics
- Proficient in use of measuring and inspection instruments:
- Vernier Caliper
- Micrometer
- Height Gauge
- Dial Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 systems
- Understanding of calibration and validation of measuring instruments
Educational Qualification- ITI / Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering
