Job Title: Senior Engineer – QA/QC (MIVAN)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Construction. Post Graduation / other certifications will be appreciated.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with strong experience in MIVAN and high-rise residential projects. The role involves ensuring quality standards, conducting inspections, and leading QA/QC activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee QA/QC processes across all construction stages.
• Monitor MIVAN formwork (alignment, shuttering, de-shuttering, finish).
• Conduct inspections for RCC, civil, finishing, waterproofing, and concrete works.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes and project specifications.
• Review test reports and maintain QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with site teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

• BE/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years QA/QC experience in residential projects.
• MIVAN experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC standards, and documentation.
• Proficient in MS Office/AutoCAD; strong communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with reputed developers/contractors.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
