Job Description:

The Compliance Engineer monitors the quality of Sistema.bio installation, installed products and services. They create testing parameters for products and services, develop quality control procedures, perform audits, and coordinate work adjustments and refresher trainings. They also Train the Technical employees on the Implementation of new products and process improvements.

• Field quality audits of our installations and customer training.

• Continuous revision for the improvement of our quality audit checklists.

• Development of the quality audit of new products.

• Piloting, testing and reporting of our new products or product modifications.

• Training of Technicians/Tech Coordinators for new product & operational improvement SOPs implementations.

• Collaborating with R&D & Manufacturing team for new product development, verification & implementation.

• Collaborating with field team to develop and implement quality controls and process improvements.

• Collaborate with project teams and provide support in meeting carbon program requirements, including data

verification and correction, conducting monitoring surveys and KPTs, facilitating trainings, and coordinating audits.

Key Experiences & Skills:

• 2-3 years relevant experience in documentation, audits, and process adherence.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in quality assurance, quality control, or audits is preferable.

• Experience in the biogas industry, service, or manufacturing company would be an added advantage.

Note: This role requires 70–80% travel across India (Travel costs will be taken care of by the company).
