Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, your day involves meticulously verifying that solutions meet the defined requirements and expected behaviors. You will engage in designing detailed test cases and executing them to uncover any inconsistencies or defects. Collaborating closely with delivery teams, you ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for users. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of releases by thoroughly assessing the software from a user perspective and providing valuable feedback throughout the development cycle.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies and manual testing techniques.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and executing them effectively.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects with clarity and precision.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
