Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will engage in the development of comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives that promote excellence in testing methodologies and processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices in quality engineering to optimize testing processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks.
- Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration practices.
- Ability to design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals.
- Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
